No. You can use your Reset candle two ways: warm or unlit. Light it for 15–20 minutes until a small melt pool forms, then extinguish and apply the warm oil to skin. Or skip the flame and scoop a small amount directly from the jar to use as a hand, body, or nighttime moisturizer.

For warm use: light the candle for 15–20 minutes, extinguish the flame, and let the melted oil cool for a few seconds before applying to skin.

For unlit use: scoop a small amount from the jar with clean fingertips and smooth onto dry areas like hands, arms, legs, elbows, or body. A little goes a long way.
