We carefully prepare and ship each order from our studio in South Carolina.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Flat rate shipping: $6.99 Free shipping on orders over $50
Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States only Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
Charleston Soy Works is not responsible for delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)
Warm Weather Shipping
Because our candles are made with skin-safe oils and butters, they may soften or melt in high temperatures.
If your candle arrives softened:
Place it upright at room temperature and allow it to fully re-solidify before use. This does not affect the quality or performance of the product.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept general returns.
However, we want you to love your order — and we stand behind everything we make.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

All Reset Collection candles are considered final sale due to their personal care nature.
