Your \u003cstrong\u003eprivate candle party\u003c\/strong\u003e includes guided instruction, custom scents, and everything needed to make beautiful lotion candles. We strive to make every \u003cstrong\u003eprivate candle party\u003c\/strong\u003e simple to book, easy to host, and unforgettable for everyone who attends.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eHere’s how it works:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou (the host) do not need to pay for a ticket—your spot is free!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnce you book your party date, we’ll send you a private ticket link to share with your guests.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou can invite up to 20 guests (minimum of 10 required).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt least 10 guests must purchase tickets within 5 days of booking to hold the Private Candle Party. If not, the event will be canceled and payments refunded.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGuests will use the private link to buy their own tickets—no collecting money on your end!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another guest or rescheduled within 60 days.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnce your party is booked, you’ll receive everything needed to make it an unforgettable night of candle-making, custom scents, and good vibes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eBooking \u0026amp; Payment\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- A minimum of 10 guests is required to book a private party. Maximum is 20 guests.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Each guest will make:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Two lotion candles + one fragrance spray - $45 per person\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Payment is due within 5 days of booking to hold your reservation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- If the total number of guests is less than 10, the party will be canceled and payment refunded.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Additional guests (up to 20 total) can be added anytime up to 2 days prior to the party.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- The host receives their candles for free as a thank-you for organizing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSetup \u0026amp; Supplies\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- All candle-making supplies are included - wax, fragrance, jars, labels, and step-by-step instruction.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Tables and chairs can be provided if needed at no extra cost.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eCancellation \u0026amp; Refund Policy\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Tickets are nonrefundable but may be applied toward a future party within 60 days if canceled.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Rescheduling must be arranged at least 72 hours before the event.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTiming \u0026amp; Location\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Parties last approximately 2 hours.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Parties can be held at your home or another venue.
